Avignon Capital, the European property investment and asset management firm have appointed Gavin Comer as Financial Manager to support the ongoing growth of the company.
Gavin is an ACCA qualified accountant with strong financial reporting and financial analysis skills.
As an experienced real estate financial manager, Gavin will be responsible for overseeing Avignon’s finances, including reporting and consolidations. He will also be responsible for financial reports for the portfolios Avignon Capital manages on behalf of clients.
Gavin joins Avignon from Crosslane Fund Managers where he spent two years as a Group Fund Accountant, responsible for the accounting of a Student Accommodation European Fund. Prior to that he was a Management Accountant at McCafferty Asset Management, working with the centralised finance team on a €1bn fund.

This hire follows the appointment of Jacco van Pelt, Elmar Schilling and Paul Findlay last quarter.
