Avignon Capital, the European property investment and asset management firm have appointed Elmar Schilling as an asset management consultant.
Based in Germany, Elmar will work with Avignon’s asset management team on Avignon’s existing German portfolio and future acquisitions.
Elmar has over 30 years of experience, 15 of those years working for real estate investors across Germany. Prior to working in real estate, Elmar worked in management consulting, M&A and transaction services with subsidiaries of Deutsche Bank and HVB/Uni Credit

This hire follows the appointment of Jacco van Pelt and Paul Findlay last month.
