Avignon Capital, the European property investment and asset management firm has appointed Stephanie Legh as Asset Manager.
Based in the UK, Stephanie will work as part of Avignon’s asset management team, primarily focusing on the UK portfolio and implementing asset management initiatives to further increase the value of the UK portfolio.
Prior to joining Avignon, Stephanie spent 3 years as an Asset Manager at Texton Property, where she was responsible for a £100m UK portfolio managing assets across the office, retail and industrial sectors

This hire follows the appointment of Elmar Schilling in March.
