To achieve certification we needed to score at least 66% but we achieved 96%!! The UK Small Best Workplaces Recognition threshold is 85%, so well and above what was required and our hope now is to be featured in the 2023 list of UK Best Places to Work.
This score also puts us in with the top 5 UK companies who featured in the UK Small Best Workplaces 2021, which is a fantastic achievement. Seeing this result and also the effort and dedication each of our team show on a daily basis makes us extremely proud.
