Avignon has hired a new Investment Manager

Avignon Capital, the European property investment and asset management firm has appointed Nick Cilffe as Investment Manager in the UK

In the firm’s London office, Nick will work as part of Avignon’s growing investment management team in the UK, managing client relations, sourcing, underwriting and acquiring UK assets, together with coordinating numerous parties including joint venture partners, external agents, lawyers and consultants. Nick will also be working with our European Investment Team on both new acquisitions and divestments

Nick has has over 5 years of experience in the property market and prior to joining Avignon, worked at British Land as Asset Manager for an £800m nationwide portfolio.
