“From a macroeconomic point of view, the hospitality sector across Europe is absolutely booming, and it’s a no-brainer,” says Bianca Tristao, investment analyst at Avignon Capital. “We’ve seen GDP growth in most markets, consumer spending is going up, tourism is increasing, and the hospitality sector is largely benefiting from that.”
