Green Leasing

In alignment with the standards set out by the Better Buildings Partnership’s ‘Green Lease Toolkit’, green clauses are inserted as standard practice by our asset managers.

Since 2022, >75% of new leases contain clauses stipulating at minimum, data-sharing provisions and restrictions on adverse works

Data Capture

Through our partnership with Measurabl, we have access to utility data for 78% of our assets under management

Solar PV

We are currently assessing the feasibility of solar pv installations across our portfolio, totalling 3.2 MWp in system size.

This is expected to generate 3,300,000 kWh of green energy annually and save a further 1,500,000 kg C02 per year.

BREEAM

Over 20,000 sqm (GFA) of Avignon’s portfolio is currently certified or under certification for BREEAM In-Use.

Avignon expects to certify these assets throughout 2024. We are targeting a grade of ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ for each asset.
