West End Quay is a mixed-use investment opportunity situated within the City of Westminster.
We were instructed by agents CWM to produce an investment brochure that reflected the vibrancy of the location and the close proximity to a major transport hub. CWM was clear in its marketing strategy for the asset and we worked closely with them to incorporate their vision into the brochure design.
As a starting point, we developed a range of brand concepts to help represent the vibrant Paddington regeneration area. The final product applied a contemporary design with a simple colour palette combined with striking photography throughout.
