After carrying out an extensive refurbishment programme over 18-months, this iconic building has been transformed into an environmentally friendly, energy efficient building and one of the most highly specified developments in the city.

It’s also achieved a BREEAM In-use Excellent rating, one of the few buildings in Portugal to achieve this standard.
