Our in-house Fire Safety Consultancy team, offer a full range of services, including Fire Risk Assessments for Mixed Use, Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Industrial, Health and Educational buildings, as well as reviewing Fire Strategy plans for developers, advising on Fire Safety during fit out, and how building owners can enhance Fire Safety in their buildings.

We can provide expert witness testimony at Court, deliver high-level training and education for future Fire Risk Assessors, ensuring that a lifetime of experience is passed down to the next generation of Fire Safety professionals.

The Fire Safety Consultancy team at Avignon Property Management is led by Gordon Rolfe, Fellow of the Institute of Fire Engineers (FIFireE), Member of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (MIFSM) & Member of the Fire Risk Assessors Certification Scheme, Warrington – No. 44 (FRACS). Gordon was with the London Fire Brigade for thirty-one years including nineteen years as a Specialist Fire Investigator, he has been operating as a Fire Risk Assessor for thirteen years initially with NB Real Estate and Capita Real Estate before joining Avignon Property Management.
