Avignon Capital hits €1.1bn in AUM

10/09/2018

Avignon Capital, the European property investment firm and asset manager, has reached €1.1bn in AUM following the addition of assets to Platinum Property Management’s portfolio, a brand which Avignon launched in 2017.

Platinum Property Management was launched after Avignon identified a gap in the market for a high-quality Pan-European property management service.  Platinum provides all property management services such as service charge management, lease administration and property maintenance.

Platinum currently manages a portfolio of UK and European real estate assets with offices in London, Manchester and Amsterdam with further European office openings in the pipeline.

Platinum has helped Avignon to expand its service offering with a fuller range of management expertise, including SPV accounting.

Patrick Flaton, Managing Partner at Avignon Capital said: “We’re excited to reach this €1bn milestone which marks the next step in our growth strategy.

Our consistent growth, broader real estate service offering and expanded expertise allows us to support our investors in our selected European Markets.”

This signals the next phase for Platinum and we believe we are well-positioned to capitalise on growth opportunities available.”

This important milestone for Avignon marks the latest in a series of significant announcements this year. In March, Avignon partnered with CLSA, the international platform of CITIC Securities (China’s largest investment bank), which chose Avignon as its partner in its new European property investment drive.
